The same quesadillas that were sold in a stall 30 years ago, now you find them in a place with all the hygiene and comfort measures, they have not lost their unmistakable flavor, they are not fried, which makes them very healthy, they are a good size and the price is in line with what they offer, the only thing that caused me a little confusion is that there are no waiters, so you must place your order and be aware of your order so that you can get up from your seat and go get your order, They also have an accessories bar, with lettuce, cactus and sauces, so you can serve yourself to your liking, which adds a bonus to the good flavor that characterizes them.

I was hesitant about ordering it because I'd seen so many bad reviews, but I went for it because I was really craving a potato and cheese quesadilla. I ordered through Didi, and the order took as long as any other. The cheese doesn't look like traditional Oaxaca cheese, but it's still very tasty, as are the potatoes, which were well mashed. And the salsa is delicious; it's barely spicy, but it has a homemade molcajete flavor. *By the way, the quesadilla in the photo is only half its size; I'd already eaten the other half

The quesadillas and huaraches are very delicious, although the staff's attention does leave a lot to be desired. You arrive and they don't even tell you if they are going to take your order or if you need to ask for it at the counter. From there on out the taste of the food is very good.

On one occasion I placed an order for home delivery and they didn't bring it to me. I called to verify the order and it turned out that it had not been noted. Today I went in person and bought a giant quesadilla and a pastor's girl that tasted like burnt oil. The meat was burnt and had an unpleasant taste. Besides expensive. Doubt the origin of the meat. I won't buy from this place again.
